Sobre a Itaúsa

Integrated Report

Our commitment to transparency and generating value for our shareholders goes back a long way. Since the 1980s, we have voluntarily published Itaúsa’s annual report. In 2011, we started using the global sustainability reporting standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI-Standards). In 2019, we were the first holding company in Latin America to adopt the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) principles for Integrated Reporting. And, seeking to continually evolve, in 2022 we incorporated the guidelines of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). The journey of transparency and value creation is ongoing and we remain attentive and committed to developments.

Integrated Report 2024

In this Integrated Report, we explore our trajectory throughout 2024. Given the expansion of our portfolio in recent years and the evolution of our sustainability strategy, during 2024 we conducted a review of the issues that are relevant to the sustainability of our business (Dual Materiality), the results of which have already been incorporated into this document. It also marks a new phase in our communication, visual identity and brand, which seeks to reflect the important evolutions we have experienced throughout our journey, as in 2025 we celebrate 50 years of history and reaffirm our purpose of contributing to positively transforming Brazil. Our report was drawn up through the collaborative work of a multidisciplinary team, as well as interviews with our key leaders. Its final content was assured by a third party and validated by the Board of Directors. Have a good read!
