Our commitment to transparency and value creation for our stockholders has come a long way. We have voluntarily published Itaúsa’s annual report since the 1980’s. In 2011, we signed up to the Global Reporting Initiative’s global sustainability reporting standards (GRI-Standards). We were the first holding company in Latin America to adopt, in 2019, the principles of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) for Integrated Reporting. Aimed to continually evolve, in 2022 we incorporated the guidelines of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). The journey of transparency and value creation is ongoing and we remain attentive and committed to evolution.
Integrated Report 2023
Itaúsa has launched the Integrated Report 2023. In it, we explore our path throughout 2023, highlighting our management model and goals achieved.
