Itaúsa carries out an ongoing evaluation of the value creation for its stockholders.
Accordingly, subject to equity and liquidity conditions, whenever Itaúsa’s Management evaluates that the price of its shares is reasonably below it intrinsic value, it may decide to launch a share buyback program.
Shares acquired under the Buyback Programs may be held in treasury for later disposal and/or cancellation, or to be used within the scope of its Long-Term Incentive Plan.
In line with best market practices, Itaúsa voluntarily established its Operating Rules for the Trading of Own Shares as Treasury Stock and, whenever it buys back its own shares, it discloses the volumes traded in the month, as well as the minimum, average and maximum prices adopted in these transactions.
